These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between CITIDRIP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any individual or entity (“User”, “Customer”, “you”) who accesses, browses, registers, or makes a purchase through the official website https://citidrip.in/ (the “Website”) or any associated digital platforms operated by the Company.

These Terms are formulated in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and are intended to ensure transparency, legal compliance, and clarity in all interactions between the User and the Company.

By accessing or using the Website, placing an order, or availing any services offered by the Company, the User expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms, along with all other policies published on the Website, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy. If the User does not agree with any part of these Terms, they are advised to discontinue use of the Website.

CITIDRIP operates as a direct-to-consumer apparel brand offering a mix of made-to-order and ready-to-ship products, including limited drops, curated collections, and promotional releases. The User acknowledges that product availability, pricing, and offers may change from time to time based on inventory cycles, demand, and operational considerations.

The User represents and warrants that they are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law, and specifically that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of understanding and agreeing to these Terms. The Company does not knowingly engage in transactions with minors without appropriate consent, and reserves the right to cancel or restrict access in such cases.

To access certain features of the Website, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and saving preferences, the User may be required to create an account. The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of the User’s account due to negligence or failure to secure login details.

Orders may be cancelled by the Customer only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests shall not be entertained. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation prior to dispatch, and failure to verify may result in cancellation.

Shipping and delivery of products are governed by the Company’s Shipping Policy. The User acknowledges that delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistical or external factors. The Company shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages occurring during transit once the order has been handed over to the logistics partner.

Returns, exchanges, and store credit policies are governed by the Company’s Refund & Exchange Policy. The User agrees to comply with all eligibility conditions, timelines, and procedures outlined therein. The Company follows a strict no-cash refund policy, and any approved refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit, subject to applicable terms.

All intellectual property on the Website, including but not limited to brand name, logo, designs, graphics, images, product concepts, and content, is the exclusive property of CITIDRIP and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or using any content without prior written consent from the Company.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. The total liability of the Company, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, or technical failures.

Users may submit reviews, feedback, or content on the Website. By doing so, the User grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such content for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes. The Company reserves the right to remove any content that is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
