This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) is issued by CITIDRIP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and governs the terms and conditions relating to order processing, dispatch, shipping, delivery, and associated logistics services for all purchases made through the official website https://citidrip.in/ (the “Website”) or any authorized sales channels operated by the Company.

This Policy has been formulated in alignment with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and other applicable Indian laws governing e-commerce transactions. It is intended to establish a clear, transparent, and consistent framework for order fulfillment while defining the respective responsibilities of the Company, its logistics partners, and the Customer.

CITIDRIP operates as a modern apparel brand offering a combination of made-to-order and ready-to-ship products, including limited drops and curated collections. Due to this operational model, shipping timelines may vary depending on product type, availability, and order volume. By placing an order on the Website, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Policy.

The Company is committed to ensuring that all orders are processed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. However, the Company relies on independent third-party logistics providers for shipping and last-mile delivery, and therefore certain aspects of delivery remain outside the direct control of the Company.

CITIDRIP processes all orders only after successful payment verification and internal confirmation. Upon placing an order, the Customer will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of the order and is subject to product availability, fraud checks, and internal verification procedures.

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 working hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for dispatch. This processing timeline is separate from and additional to the delivery timeline communicated to the Customer.

Once the order has been processed and dispatched, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing relevant tracking details, including the courier partner name and tracking link. It is the responsibility of the Customer to monitor shipment progress using the provided tracking information.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location of the Customer, product availability, and courier partner performance. For most serviceable locations within India, delivery is typically completed within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, although this timeline is indicative and not guaranteed. For remote or non-metro locations, delivery may take longer due to logistical constraints.

The Company may offer different shipping options or delivery speeds, which shall be displayed at checkout where applicable. Any estimated delivery date provided on the Website is an approximation and should not be considered a binding commitment.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on factors such as delivery location, product weight, and ongoing promotional offers. The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before the Customer completes payment. In certain cases, the Company may offer free shipping based on order value or promotional campaigns. All shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable except in cases where the error is attributable solely to the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify shipping charges, delivery timelines, and logistics partners at its sole discretion without prior notice. However, such changes shall not affect orders that have already been confirmed and processed.

CITIDRIP partners with third-party logistics providers for shipping and delivery services. Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the logistics partner, the responsibility for transit, including delays, damages, or delivery failures, is transferred to the courier service provider. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to assist Customers in resolving delivery-related issues, it shall not be held liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit.

Customers are required to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order is accurate, complete, and serviceable. The Company shall not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery.

In cases where delivery attempts fail due to Customer-related issues, the shipment may be returned to the Company (“Return to Origin” or RTO). In such cases, the Customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch of the order. Original shipping charges, if any, shall remain non-refundable.

The Company shall not be liable for orders marked as “delivered” by the courier partner but claimed as not received by the Customer. In such cases, the Company may assist in raising an investigation with the logistics provider; however, resolution shall be subject to the courier partner’s policies and findings.

CITIDRIP does not guarantee delivery timelines and shall not be responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, transportation disruptions, governmental restrictions, or force majeure events. No refunds, cancellations, or compensation shall be provided solely on the basis of delayed delivery.

In certain cases, products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Such products will be clearly marked on the Website along with estimated dispatch timelines. By placing a pre-order, the Customer acknowledges that dispatch will occur at a future date and agrees to the extended timeline. Pre-orders are generally non-cancellable unless the Company fails to fulfill the order within a reasonable timeframe.

Customers are advised to carefully review all shipping-related information, including estimated delivery timelines and applicable charges, before placing an order. By proceeding with a purchase, the Customer confirms acceptance of this Shipping Policy.

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
